The Premises for Young Families

Parents absolutely love their children.

When children see what works, they are motivated to do it.

When parents see what works, they are motivated to do it.

When a parent or a child doesn’t do what works,

  something is not being seen,  a learning opportunity is present, 

And nothing is wrong.

The goal in these workshops and classes is to show how and why workability works to replace our “right/wrong — good/bad” paradigm, increasing cooperative learning and relationship while decreasing fear and failure in the face of not-knowing or making mistakes,

and then, actively coach participants (parents, grandparents, teachers, counselors, employers, employees, etc.) to become experts in creating meaningful and valued partnerships between people who live or work together. It starts unfolding immediately. No previous parenting (or other) training is necessary.
